Singapore: 8 November (Saturday) at 12:30 PM SGT
US (PT): 7 November (Friday) at 8:30 PM PT

End Date & Time:
Japan: 8 November (Saturday) at 3:30 PM JST
Singapore: 8 November (Saturday) at 2:30 PM SGT
US (PT): 7 November (Friday) at 10:30 PM PT

Expected Duration: 2 hour

Reason for Downtime: Database maintenance activity to ensure stable and reliable performance.
Impact: During this time, the Josys application will be unavailable for all customers.

Services will resume immediately once the maintenance is complete.
